Calciject 400ml is a professional veterinary injectable solution formulated to rapidly correct hypocalcaemia (commonly known as milk fever) in cattle. It delivers a concentrated dose of calcium, sourced from calcium gluconate and calcium borogluconate and magnesium, which supports metabolic processes associated with calcium uptake and muscle function. Hypocalcaemia is a metabolic disorder that typically occurs around calving when the cows demand for calcium increases sharply. Early signs include restlessness, tremors and muscle weakness, progressing to inability to rise if untreated.
