What we stand for.
Feirm Co-op exists for one reason — to get Irish farmers ahead. From the small everyday needs to the big shifts coming down the line.
Our mission is to deliver a growing range of products and services that make farming life simpler, fairer and more profitable — for every member, every year. We're here to get farmers ahead.
Our Values
Talk to usFarmer-led
We're an independent co-op in model and spirit. Built by farmers, run by farmers, answerable to farmers. Every decision is made with farmers' businesses and lives in mind — not shareholder or outside interests.
Honest
We show up. That means building real relationships, understanding what each farm needs and being there when it matters. Not just when it's convenient.
Ahead
We're focused on what will help farmers get ahead, whether that's next week or in ten years. We share knowledge, spot shifts early and bring solutions before you have to ask.
Simple
Farming is complicated enough. We do the legwork so you don't have to. Every service, every process, every interaction — we work hard to make it as straightforward as possible.
Progressive
We have a point of view on where Irish farming is going. We don't do things the way they've always been done — we challenge the norm, embrace new technologies and build new partnerships because standing still isn't an option.

Our History
Feirm Co-op has been around since 1977, when a group of Wexford dairy farmers got tired of waiting for someone else to solve the relief milking problem and decided to sort it themselves. Two separate services — one in South Wexford, one in North Wexford — eventually found each other, and in 1993 they merged to form what is now Feirm Co-op. Nearly fifty years on, the co-op still runs on that same idea. What's changed is scale, reach, and the range of services we can offer.
