These terms and conditions govern your use of the Feirm Supplies website at https://feirm-main-tzmmsp.laravel.cloud (the “Website”) and any purchase you make through it. By accessing this Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Feirm Supplies is a trading name of Feirm Co-op, registered in Ireland. Our business address is Dublin Road, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford, Y21 Y9E4.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices on the Website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel it.

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.

Payment should be made by credit or debit card at checkout. Your card will be authorised and a confirmation and reference number provided. All transactions are processed securely.

We deliver throughout Ireland. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your order. Full details are available on our Delivery Information page.

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, they are not guaranteed. We will not be liable for any delay beyond our reasonable control.

You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Full details of our returns process are available on our Returns & Refunds page.

Approved returns will receive a refund via the original payment method within seven (7) working days of receipt of the returned goods. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.

For products marked with “Free Delivery”, the actual outbound delivery cost may be deducted from the refund if the item is returned for reasons other than fault or damage.

If you receive a faulty product, contact us as soon as possible. We may arrange an inspection, repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. Please contact us before returning large or installed items.

Where your consumer rights have been breached, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Customers may be charged labour, assessment and freight fees for damage resulting from misuse or accident.

Certain veterinary medicinal products are subject to additional regulations. By purchasing these products, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that they will be used in accordance with the product label and applicable legislation.

Feirm Supplies provides this Website and its contents “as is” without representations or warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of information on the Website.

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish and EU law, Feirm Supplies and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use this Website or its products.

Nothing in these terms shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish law.

All content on this Website — including text, images, logos, graphics and software — is the property of Feirm Co-op or its content suppliers and is protected by Irish and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
