Dilute and use through the circulation-cleaning system according to the product label. Run the solution through pipelines, tanks or plant for the required contact time. Rinse thoroughly with clean water before equipment returns to service. Wear gloves and eye protection during handling
Item Description
This acid dairy detergent is used in circulation-cleaning routines where milkstone, limescale and mineral build-up need to be removed from parlour lines, pipelines and bulk tanks. The 205L drum is suited to farms running regular acid washes but that do not require full IBC storage. Acid washing is especially useful where hard water or mineral deposits reduce the effectiveness of general cleaning. Use it through the correct circulation-cleaning system and rinse thoroughly after the wash cycle before the next milking.
