Application Instructions
1. Route: Subcutaneous injection only administer under loose skin in front of or behind the shoulder.
2. Weigh animals accurately before treatment.
3. Use sterile equipment and aseptic technique.
4. Dosage: Administer at a rate of 1 ml per 50 kg bodyweight in cattle and 0.1 ml per 5 kg bodyweight in sheep.

Item Description
IMEC 10 mg/ml Solution for Injection is a vet prescription-only antiparasitic injectable containing ivermectin, a macrocyclic lactone effective at controlling a wide range of internal gastro-intestinal nematodes and external parasites in livestock, including cattle, sheep and pigs. Ivermectin acts by interfering with parasite nerve and muscle function, leading to paralysis and death of susceptible parasites. This multipurpose injectable supports parasite management strategies on modern farms where effective control of roundworms, lungworms, lice, mites and warbles helps maintain animal health, growth and productivity.
